The Prompt Writer

Always have something to write about

N-A-V-A–9-1-11

Happy September!!!  I love this month because the seasons start to change, the sky gets a little more dramatic, and I celebrate another birthday.  I know women my age aren’t supposed to be happy about that, but what the heck.  I have no problem telling the world that I’ll be turning 43 this month.  :)

I still don’t have the whole month planned out yet, but I am working on it.  I do know that our Thursdays are going to be for the NAVA movement.  I know, you’re not sure what that means, but it’s quite simple.  N.A.V.A. stands for Noun, Adjective, Verb, Adverb.  I’ll give you these items and you write the story around it.  I’m still working on ideas for the rest of the week, but you know me, I’ll get there…….eventually.  LOL

1.) Board, Flat, Dashed, Sideways
2.) Motorcycle, Wooden, Landed, Jealously
3.) Tank, Silver, Sped, Now
4.) Hat, Furry, Twisting, Shortly
5.) Desk, Bent, Run, Yesterday
6.) Butterfly, Small, Jump, Openly
7.) Couch, Woven, Crushed, Backwards
8.) Milk, Sour, Dribble, Slowly
9.) Sandwich, Burnt, Slap, Soon
10.) Necklace, Pink, Chanting, Voraciously

Have Fun and Happy Writing!!!!!

Hey! I just discovered your blog, and it’s amazing! I used the 10th prompt for a Harry Potter fanfiction! Here’s the link (if you want to read it. I bet my writing’s rubbish, though): http://www.fanfiction.net/s/7415380/1/The_Necklace
I’m sure I will be using more of your prompts!
