I’m in the top 100

As many of you know, I don’t update this blog nearly as often as I should. And, when I do update, I rarely talk about other sites. This isn’t a site for doing reviews and that type of thing, but today I have to make an exception. That’s because I was given an honor today that I couldn’t possibly not talk about. Our little site here has been added to a list of the 100 (Non-Design) Blogs That Every Web Designer Should Read.
When I received the news that I had been added to this list, I was thrilled beyond belief. But, when I looked through the list and saw some of the other blogs that had been added, I was shocked and humbled. My site has been added to a list with some of the biggest and brightest sites on the Internet. Sites such as Mashable, Copyblogger, and Matt Cutts‘ blog are all part of this amazing list.
Now, most people might be disheartened at finding their site listed toward the bottom of the list, but not me. I’m so thrilled to be listed that I just can’t hardly stand it. The Prompt Writer is listed in the writing section of the list as a site to “help you find something to write about”, which is what my site is all about.
I want to take this opportunity to thank the people at Web Design Schools Guide for placing my site within this prestigious group of blogs and websites. I am truly honored and I hope that everyone who stops by this site will take the time to run over and check out the list. There are some really cool sites to be seen, and many that you probably already know. This is the coolest thing that’s happened to me in a very long time.

That is awesome news Christine. I am very sure you’re going to find your blog added to many more lists like that in the near future.

Great site on writing. It’s a lot of fun doing what writers like to do best-write!
Garry Conn sent me over to your site. Could you drop me a line and let me know about your copy writing services?
Thanks,
Mark
